NEAJETS operates a wide range of aircrafts to accommodate regional, national, and international private jet charters having facilities in both Teterboro Airport in New Jersey and Republic Airport, Farmingdale LI NY. NEA JETS management company (NAM) engaged W/Studio Architects to be their Architect for their new Fuel Farm at their facility in their Republic Airport, Farmingdale LI NY Facility. The goal for this project is to augment NEA JETS current services and establish them as Fix Based Operator (FBO) facility.
W/Studio Architects has coordinated a final set of Construction Documents for the Fuel Farm in coordination with the NAM and the Design Team outlined below:

Structural Engineer: Tarek M. Zeid, PE
MEP Engineer: BD Engineering LLC
Fuel System Engineer: Millennium Systems International, LLC
Fuel Tank Manufacturer: Highland Tank
We are currently seeking approvals from the Suffolk County Heath Department and NYS Department of Transportation for the project.
W/Studio Architects, coordination with the NAM, developed a masterplan of the NEAJETS current and future leaseholds at Republic Airport for their use in securing the future leaseholds. Click on animation
The next project will be the development of a Hanger 45, a new 39,130 SF Aircraft Hanger with a 2-story office and support spaces. (each level 9,285 SF)
